There’s nothing much going on lately. Thus no new blog entry so far. Chinese New Year is near, but I still haven’t buy anything for the new year yet. The only clothing I got now is my shoes which I bought damn long ago.
Been busy reorganizing and repainting my room lately. Consider done now, just need to add a little bit of decor to make it perfect. Quite happy how the colours turned out and the new furnitures fit right in. Nowadays I’m feeling happy everytime i enter my room.
On the 2nd of January 2009, we met an old friend, it has been quite some time since we met her since she’s working in JB now after she quit. But finally on the second day of 2009, we met up. She looks slimmer now, besides that, she’s still our good ol’ Liz.
We caught up a lot and enjoyed the night. Hope to see you soon again Liz and a Happy New Year.

Last week, me and the gang finally went for the several-time-postponed kite flying session. Me, Siewmei, Yenc, and Jook went to gather at Shyng and Jaemy’s house at Kota Damansara. Aftere a brief lunch, off we go to where we never went before, Taman Metropolitan, Kepong.
We reached there around 3 something, where there’s still a lot of parking spaces available. But after we went down a while, it started drizzling a bit. But the kite seller uncle told us very confidentally that this is cloud-passing-rain, and very fast will stop. He also told us to trust him cos he’s very familiar to the weather there. So we did, bought the kite for RM15, and 500 feet string for RM5.

Shyng holding the RM20 kite like a kid + the expression of “can we have this one instead?” on her face.

Yenc re-tying the string to the kite because the string got stuck on the tree while the kite was on the ground on the other side, so she has to free the kite, roll back the string, and tying them back again.

Shyng and Jook, writing some love messages to the kite before flying it. Awww… so sweet.

While the others are busy doing their own stuffs, Siewmei had already flew her kite to the sky. So enjoy~

Me *thinking: which one is my kite?*

Yenc and Jaemy still trying to get their kite flying after some time. I think the kite doesn’t quite like Yenc because Yenc was shouting saying another kite that shaped like a Stingray was so nice, she so likes it. Hehe.

Actually Jook and Shyng also still can’t manage to fly their kite up yet. Maybe the kite was overloaded with lovey-dovey messages. Lol!

Me *still thinking: which one is my kite?*

Yenc sweating like waterfall and tired. Jaemy was thinking *how come other people can fly the kite up so fast geh?*.

The Shyng + Jook team still haven’t manage to fly their kite up, so Shyng trying to walk the kite instead of flying it. Wuahaha…

Ok ok. One last try.

Jook releasing the kite, while Shyng pulling and running.

Finally, the couple managed to flew their kite up the sky.

Flying side by side.

Jook manage to finished his roll of string. Shyng so happy.

After flying the kite up about an hour, we decided to stop and pose with our kite a bit. I like this shot, but too bad the background a bit noisy.

Me imitating Siewmei’s pose to hopefully get a nice picture. Comments anyone? Haha…

See, I told you Yenc’s kite doesn’t like her. Their string broke, and the kite flew away… to a place far, far, far, far away… But Yenc quite ok with it also after a while, she said next time can buy the stingray kite. :

Jook and Shyng so happy to got their kite up and flying.
Flying kite outing: done succesfully!
