lookat.my » Clubbing http://lookat.my/blog blog Mon, 17 May 2010 17:45:16 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9.1 en hourly 1 Euphoria by Ministry Of Sound @ Sunway Lagoon Resort http://lookat.my/blog/2008/06/29/euphoria-by-ministry-of-sound-sunway-lagoon-resort/ http://lookat.my/blog/2008/06/29/euphoria-by-ministry-of-sound-sunway-lagoon-resort/#comments Sun, 29 Jun 2008 14:54:00 +0000 look.eye http://lookeye.wordpress.com/2008/06/29/euphoria-by-ministry-of-sound-sunway-lagoon-resort/ Got lucky enough to be invited to the soft-launch of this new club in town, Euphoria @ Sunway Hotel there… The club was moderate in size… it has 3 main sections… the main hall, which plays some rojak RnB, Hip-Hop, and Rock… go down one level and you’ll find the second section… they play house music there, which i like… in this section you’ll find the environment is more chilled out with comfy couches… walk another half level lower and you’ll find the third section, which is dance floor for the second section actually, but it’s kinda seperated from the second section… oh ya, the second section has an open air area which you can walk out and have a smoke or some fresh air… one of the flaw i found in the main section for this club is there’s not enough tables and chairs, and place to put your drinks for example some railing which you can use… so if you don’t have a table there, you gonna have to walk around with your drinks the whole night, or you stand next to the bar…

This is so un-cool… I think this is the first big club in Malaysia that doesn’t allow smoking in the open area… you have to go to this room or outside to smoke… I guess is good news to those non-smokers who like to club…


A bridge on the 2nd floor… girls with skirt please take note, the bridge has a transparent path so the people downstairs can actually see what color you’re wearing that day if you don’t mind walking pass the bridge…


Free-flow of alcohol all night long… woo hoo!… but i don’t drink…


Performers was hired to perform on this soft launch… very weird outfit… maybe something like cirque de soleil…
