Been planning to go SkyTrex the 2nd time for quite some time after knowing that their Extreme Challenge has open. So after an attempt of failed planning by someone, I’ve decided to organize one myself. The group this time is a lot bigger than the last round. The groups have been divided into 3 different categories. The Extreme Challenge group: Waihoong, Eli, Hamyu, Lay, Leslie, Syam, Aivee, Siewmei and me. The Big Thrill group: Justine, Yippie, Dawn, Zaheer, Tay, Faris, Jook and Shyng. And the picnic group which consist of Jacque, Karen Wong and Ben.

6 days after Weiyee and Yippie’s birthday, on the 11th of Feb is the birthday of Waihoong. Compare to the previous party, this one is more closed. Just the 6 of us having a quiet dinner at Chinoz on the ground floor of The Gardens. Although we didn’t have as much people as the previous party, but the closeness of us all compensate for that.

On 5th of February this month, we had a birthday party for 2 birthday gals, Weiyee and Yippie. We went to Alexis at The Gardens, cos is near to the office :D and the environment is very nice.

Because it was a join birthday party, a lot of people showed up, some for Yippie and some for Weiyee. But most of them know each others. And because a lot of people showed up, there’s a lot of pictures taken. Filtered a lot of pictures and ended up with all these to blog. :)

Visited Dom (Dominic Poon Cheeleong) last Saturday with Andrew. It was a planned dinner with Dom, his wife, Soo, and his son, little Damien. I reached Andrew’s place around 7 something and we were going to Dom’s place together. But when we called him telling him we’re coming over, he was stunned. He forgot about the dinner and he was having dinner with other friends of his. In other words, me and Andrew were FFK-ed.

So me and Andrew went look for our own dinner, then after that only we drove to Seri Kembangan to look for Dom at his house. It’s been some time since I last saw little Damien. He’s getting cuter and cuter. Very hyperactive, non-stop moving when I was there in his room. I was thinking maybe because he saw somebody new that’s why he’s acting very hyper. But Cheeleong told me he’s like that, constantly. Haha. Complaining very tired taking care of Damien. Good luck dude.

On the 23rd of January, my gang organized a dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp, The Curve, because Weiyee and Alex came back from Beijing for Chinese New Year holidays. So the dinner is to “wash dust” (chinese saying) with both of them.

Want to apologize to Waihoong because we set the dinner at 8pm, but we reached there around 9pm. So Waihoong waited there for an hour, alone. Hehe. Ooops.

Waihoong with his pissed face. His eyes are like questioning us why are we not punctual. Hehe. Jam la dude.

Steven Lee, one of my ex-colleague who went to Taiwan to continue his higher education, came back from Taiwan for the Chinese New Year because he’s having 3 weeks of school holidays.

He used to be under me and Siewmei’s supervision during his employment in the office. Thus, we’re quite close together (correct me if I’m wrong. Lolz)

He gave us a surprised visit during last last Thursday, when we were having our Karaoke session at Redbox, Mid Valley. So after that Karaoke session, we went for our dinner at Burger King. Caught up about his study life in Taiwan, and talk a lot of other stuffs.

Wishing him success in his studies at Taiwan and become a good product designer.

On the 2nd of January 2009, we met an old friend, it has been quite some time since we met her since she’s working in JB now after she quit. But finally on the second day of 2009, we met up. She looks slimmer now, besides that, she’s still our good ol’ Liz.

We caught up a lot and enjoyed the night. Hope to see you soon again Liz and a Happy New Year.

Yup… GOD… John Knutsson, the Flash (Adobe) Actionscripting god is back from Sydney for a holiday with his wife. He went to the office yesterday to look for the guys, and Jook sms me to join them for dinner. After so long, of course must go and meet him lar. So I msn Siewmei and off we go dinner together.

John didn’t change much, just that he stopped smoking during his time in Sydney, and he ordered a plate of salad for his dinner. He’s getting healthier and healthier. We talked a lot during dinner, from his current working conditions, to some old company trips.

We had great time catching up with this old friend, and may all his plan work out. Merry Christmas John.

Stella came back from Singapore last Friday, so she called us out for a Karaoke session on Saturday morning. Stella, Siewmei, Benny, and me was there for a 2 hours (only) K session. We sang from 11am to 1pm. First time singing with Stella and Benny, both of them was very good K kaki. Hehe.

So after the Karaoke session, me and Siewmei bought some cakes and went to Sri Petaling to meet her friends. It was a small but warm gathering for them since they’re friends since college days. Catching up with each others and talking about some women’s stuffs since one of their friend, Liz is pregnant with a baby girl. Congrats.

The place that we went at Sri Petaling, from outside it just looks like a normal 2 storeys house with a lot of cars parked both side of the road. But inside, it’s actually Oh-&-Ah, the shop. Why did we gathered there is because one of their friend, Teck Yew(I think that’s his name) is one of the owner of the shop.

They sell all sorts of nice, cute, old-skool, useful and pretty stuffs. From home decorations to clothes, personal accessories to toys. And a lot of their products are handmade also! This means they’re unique. I’ll leave their website to list down what they have to sell. Gonna share some(a lot) of the photos I took there.

A quiet little Saturday had turned into a small gathering session. Well not actually a gathering, more like a yumcha session. I say it as a gathering because got one person that I haven’t seen for very long was there, Victor’s girlfriend.

I already forgotten when was the last time I saw her. But I know it was damn long ago, because she told me that I look nicer with short hair. I was shocked when she told me that because I cut my long hair like yearsss ago. That’s how long she hasn’t seen me. Lolz.
